Available Puppies & Upcoming Litters

MondouCu German Shepherd pups are born and raised in our home, experience early neurological stimulation and are handled daily.  They are raised with other adult pack members and are imprinted with pack drive from day 1.  We know each and every puppy well and place them individually so the puppy that comes to live with you has the correct personality, drive and characteristics for your family and your lifestyle. Pups are generally placed on hold for their permanent home after they are named (3 weeks) and are ready to go home at 8 weeks.  All puppies leave MondouCu with:  AKC LTD Registration Application (Name must be registered as named by MondouCu); 1st vaccinations (DA2PPv); De-Wormings (ages 2, 4, 6, & 8 weeks); Vet Health Certificate; Written Hip & Health Guarantee; and have been well socialized.  All puppies are sold on written contract. If EVER there is a time that you must re-home your dog, you must contact MondouCu prior to transfer.  We will always accept one of our pups back.

Reservation fee for a MondouCu puppy is $250.00. This will place you on our reservation list and will transfer toward the hold fee when there is a puppy that is appropriate for your home.  The hold fee for a pup from a specific litter is $500.00. This will secure your position in the order of choice for your pup, the hold fee is applied to the total purchase price of the pup.  Please note:  No Fees (reservation or hold) are refundable, however they are fully transferrable to another litter within 18 months of receipt of the initial payment.  Balances are due by the time the pup reaches 6 weeks.  We ALWAYS reserve the right to hold pups for our breeding program and either home them on Foster Breeding Contracts OR keep them on site.

Payments can be made through Pay-Pal (Credit Card or Check) or by cash.  Personal checks will be accepted as long as the payment is received and cleared 3 weeks PRIOR to the time the pup goes home - payment arrangements will be made AFTER we have reviewed and approved your application. If you do not have an application on file with us, please follow the link at the top of this page to complete an application. We DO NOT show puppies without an application on file under ANY circumstance.

We have several breedings planned for fall of 2010.  Due to planning, determination of stud dog availability AND our own schedule, we are not publishing those breedings on this page.  If you are interested in a pup from a specific female, please include that information in your application and we will send you an email with her next scheduled breeding information.  Our plans for the next three years are EXCEPTIONALLY exciting!  We will be nominating several litters for futurity, retiring some of our older females and moving forward with the next generations...  We will update this page when a female comes INTO heat, after she has been bred, upon confirmation of pregnancy, when a litter is born and once a week after the litter has turned 3 weeks and until they are 7 weeks.  We have received applications AND reservation fees on several unbred litters, so if you are looking for a pup from a specific female, PLEASE make certain to submit your application.

Do you know you want a pup, just not certain that bringing a young puppy home?

We can help.

From 8 weeks to 5 months, we will raise your puppy for you, work with you in training, you have weekend/time off work visits throughout and have your pup house trained, crate trained, properly socialized, and have their basic puppy training completed so they will be ready to come home @ 5 months.  This is available to families that will be taking their puppy home on the weekends and is not available for those living outside of a 60 minute drive from us. You are responsible for food, veterinary care & attending a puppy class while your pup is with us.
