“Ellie”

Ellie is a Kato x Kiaya daughter.  She is a dominant female, passionate mother and probably our most manipulative female.  She is brilliant, completely intense and stunningly graceful.  She is Dawn’s girl and although obedient, she is wickedly naughty and the world’s greatest puppy thief. She is a strong nurturing mother, teaching her pups to have extreme handler focus and keen minds.  2011 Ellie has been retired and is an important part of our raising process. She continues to teach the younger dogs and remains an amazing companion and friend.

“Dar”

Dar is a Kato x Kiaya daughter.  She truly believes that the entire world revolves around love, passion and play. She is Lori’s girl.  She is willful and sly without being difficult to manage. She wants to please, yet remains an independent soul that gracefully steals your heart and distracts you from your daily work with her fun loving antics. She is a compassionate mother, teaching her pups independence from the beginning.  2011 Dar has been retired, having granted us some amazing pups, she is now part of the welcoming committee and is as passionate as she has always been.

“Aspen”

Aspen is an Ellie x Jake (outside male) daughter.  She is outgoing and fun-loving yet she takes her job as guardian seriously.  She is exceptionally well balanced in mind, temperament, and structure and we expect she will be much like her mother with pups.  Aspen is part of our foster breeding program - meaning that she lives with another family and will return to us for breeding perhaps a couple of times during her life.  She lives a busy yet fun filled life and has been a joy for her family.  2011 ~ Aspen’s family asked permission to spay her and maintain her as only a family companion... although we never used her in our breeding program, we agreed as she is the light of their home.

“Rain”

Rain is our workaholic!  A very dominant and serious type who must know what her job in the world is. Once she knows what is expected of her, she is a dream to work, she loves mental challenges, loves to engage in work/play situations and always approaches life with a genuinely thrilled "what next" attitude. She is a problem solver and a risk-taker. She is a very serious girl who only allows herself the freedom to "play" once she has made a perimeter sweep and everything is "normal and good". She has an intense drive and focus that is “real world” not sport focused. 2011 after one litter of pups here at MondouCu we have retired Rain, her pups are stunning, outgoing and full of exceptional qualities that we will maintain in our breeding program, she however is not what we want in our breeding program due to her upbringing (she was raised until 4 somewhere else) and we have retired her.
