We welcome the Victus 2008 litter

$850 to $1000 LTD  +$250 FULL  0630-0700

Overall litter impression: Litter will be blk/tan & blk/red, fairly uniform in looks and temperament. Each pup is confident, well balanced (civil) and be capable of “putting up” with a lot and be reliable dogs to take everywhere.  Most are good problem solvers, and very persistent in working something out. No pups are “submissive”.

FEMALEvictusrf2wk1

born 6:00pm 1.32# Moderate pup.  Nice thick stock coat.  She is not easily rattled or show a lot of non-sense.  She is a sweet little girl who is very tolerant and patient. She will have less drive than her mother BUT she will be a very quick study. She really is not easily phased at all.  This little girl is going to be a very pretty female.

victus4wkrf

Shown above at 4 weeks.  This little girl is just fantastic.

6 week old update. We call this little girl Freya.  She is a doll.  Her structure is excellent and her drive is a perfect balance for work and home.  She is alert and ready to please.

victusrf6wk2

victusrf6wk1

10 week update.  Freya is a star.  She comes immediately when called, and then sits and waits for you to tell her what you want. Her crate training is going exceptionally well, she has not had an accident in over a week.  She is going to make someone a dynamite dog.

FEMALEvictusgf2wk

born 8:52pm 1.13# Softer and sweet female.  Not a pushover, but not really vested in “fixing” things, she would prefer someone fix it for her.  She has a nice balance. Suited for Schutzhund work. She is quite an antagonist though. CAUTION!!! This female has a strong potential to become a “little princess”.

victus4wkgf

Shown above at 4 weeks, what a delight.  This little girl is gentler however she is still wonderful to be with.

6 week update. We call this little spitfire Fiona. She is stunning and clever. Fiona is ready to go at a moments notice, not necessarily going to challenge her person, but certainly knows how to get her way, quickly.

victusgf6wk1

victusgf6wk2

10 week update.  Fiona has the crate training mastered. She is eager and willing to learn just about anything that you ask.  She is quickly becoming a little girl with a “bag of tricks” she wants to be with you, do with you and see with you.

victus4wkof

Shown above at 4 weeks.  This little girl is a show boat, always looking to be with you and do for you.

Four Week old update!!!

The entire litter is ADVANCED! Pups were out of the whelping box at 2.5 weeks of age.  Five of the pups can already climb up onto the couch to be with their mom.  Tori has chosen two of our other females as the litter nanny’s and everyone is playing and having a great time.  Pups have been out several times (some photos are below of their adventures today. It’s really too bad that we can’t keep most of this litter, as they are just dynamite. Unfortunately, their photo’s do not do them justice.  This litter is well put together in all aspects. Their attentiveness is intense, their will to learn, explore and try new things is intense and their personalities are intense.

victus4wkyf

Shown above at 4 weeks.  Talk about a girl with beauty, grace and dignity, she is absolutely all of it.

6 week old update. We call this little beauty Amelia. She is cool under pressure and willing to move forward even when things are in her way. She is quick to learn new things and is active without needing constant supervision.

victusyf6wk1

victusyf6wk2

10 week update.  Amelia is just as cool as they come. She is up for whatever task you set to and then ready to cuddle up with you as soon as you come in from the cold.  She is doing well in her crate training, though she needs to learn to hold it just a little longer, however she tells you when she needs to go - whether she is in her crate or out in the house.

6 week old update

Well, everyone has been vaccinated, and has been exploring the outdoors more and more. The Victus crew usually enjoys time outside to play 3 times a day now (time depending upon the weather.  They have been “hanging out” with the older members of the pack and are learning every day.  Everyone says when they need to go outside to relieve themselves. They are weaned and are interacting appropriately with each other. They love to hang out with Kiaya and Ellie (perhaps because they all love to snuggle in and with the girls thick coats, they just love being with them.
